„nacht off kirche“ (Night of the Open Churches)

The Night of the Open Churches in Heidelberg was highlighted by the special interior arrangements which were installed in the Christuskirche in Weststadt Heidelberg.
The entire congregation – young and old alike – took part in the implementation. Titled “The spinning in The Christkirche”, it involved weaving a large, mystically lighted web throughout the entire interior of the church. Together with text and music, an extraordinary evening event evolved, which struck a chord far beyond the city limits of Heidelberg.
